Description
The Roman monument of "Castel Sant'Angelo" is part of the "Bel artistic panorama of Rome" in Italy. This historic warning was built around 123 AD. and, over time, it has undergone many transformations: from a funerary monument to a fortified outpost; from a dark and terrible prison to a splendid Renaissance residence that sees the famous artist Michelangelo active within its walls; from a Risorgimento prison to a museum. These multiple readjustments of the place have allowed its walls to last for well over 2000 years and throughout the history of Rome and of the Roman Empire, without suffering perilous falls and destruction. This nocturnal photographic shot portrays the monument of "Castel Sant'Angelo" with its thick and fortified walls which are the typical characteristics of its inviolate majesty.
